委派的所有消防维保人员都必须穿戴公司统一的工作服，劳保用品。除此之外，遇到特殊高危险作业，要向甲方申请，且做好防护措施，保证自己的人身安全。“晓粤消防”还对维保人员周度、月度、季度培训消防专业知识、ISO体系知识、对甲方沟通的服务意识、沟通语气、法律法规培训、消防维保记录培训等，希望公司的每一个人都代表着公司的形象、气质和专业，得到甲方十分的满意。
